Mackenzie' First Day of School

Today was Mackenzie's first day of school. The teacher said she did "pretty good". She cried off and on while inside, but she was happy as a clam while playing outside. Go figure. It will be interesting to see what happens on her second day of school.

A Day with Mackenzie

Today I spent the day with Mackenzie shopping and getting ready for her first day of school tomorrow.

First we carefully selected a backpack...

then we got her haircut...

she took an important call...

then we rode the Merry-Go-Round, 4 times!

She pointed to this one and said,"Whale!"  It was a dolphin, close enough.
